In this session, we will introduce and analyze a range of reinsurance solutions, including full vega risk retention, full vega risk transfer and more sophisticated or custom structures that split the vega risk between the insurer and the reinsurer in various ways. In addition, the market reality over the last decade has been that insurers have stock betas at a multiple to the general markets with PE ratios well below. Description: "The ACA RADV Program will begin to impact issuers’ risk transfers in the 2018 benefit year (BY) – potentially significantly. The program is expected to continue into the 2019 BY and beyond. In order to actively participate in the construction of multi-level and multi-pillar pension insurance system, steadily promote the reform and development of pension finance, and serve the people's diversified pension needs, commercial pension insurance, as the third pillar, is in urgent need of rapid development.
